Training Opportunities

If you’re currently involved in a group that supports mental health and wellbeing, or if you want to start one, St Mungo's offers brilliant training and personal development opportunities.

We are very involved in the volunteer network, a network of organisations sharing training and support across BaNES. Visit the Wellbeing College's Volunteering tab to see whats on offer including mental health awareness, managing challenging situations, peer mentoring, Connect 5 - Mental health & wellbeing conversations and more.

We aspire to have more training led by volunteers themselves - get in touch if this is something you'd like to be a part of!

New Hope exists thanks to St Mungo’s ‘Bridges to Wellbeing’ scheme, which provides funding and support for New Hope and its volunteers. ‘Bridges to Wellbeing’ aims to empower people affected by mental health issues, so they can get involved improving services they use.
